- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced for salad
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon for salad
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, chopped shallots, red chili paste, fish sauce, cilantro, lime juice, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
