- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Chickpeas - 200 grams, canned, rinsed and drained
- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Red chili - 1 small, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
