  • Chicken breast - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh Thai basil - 1 cup, loosely packed
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced red chili, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
