  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine tamarind paste and water over medium heat, stirring until the tamarind dissolves.
  2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped chili, and minced garlic to the saucepan. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
