Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams

  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground pork. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in Thai red curry paste and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt to taste.
  5. While the pork mixture simmers, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  7. Spread the pork mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pork mixture.
  9. Add sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions on top of the cheese.
