  • Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
