  • Green beans - 50 grams, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 30 grams, chopped
  • Peanuts - 30 grams, toasted and crushed
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Palm sugar - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Thai bird's eye chili - 1, finely chopped (adjust for spice)
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green papaya and carrot.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cut green beans to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, palm sugar, minced garlic, and finely chopped chili until the sugar is dissolved.
