  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded green papaya, shredded carrot, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
