  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Palm sugar - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Thai bird's eye chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, shredded carrot, halved cherry tomatoes, and cut green beans.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, grated palm sugar, minced garlic, and chopped bird's eye chili until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Add the crushed roasted peanuts and chopped cilantro, and toss again to mix well.
