Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth, then press it onto a parchment-lined baking tray to form a pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix ground pork, minced lemongrass, Thai basil, cilantro, red chili flakes, coconut aminos, and lime juice until well combined.
- Spread the pork mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
