  • Ground pork - 250 grams
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth, then press it onto a parchment-lined baking tray to form a pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ground pork, minced lemongrass, Thai basil, cilantro, red chili flakes, coconut aminos, and lime juice until well combined.
  5. Spread the pork mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  6. Top with sliced bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
