  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Red onion (sliced) - 1 small
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 small
  • Baby spinach - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Lime - 1 (for juice)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a bowl, mix the red curry paste with the coconut milk until well combined to create a sauce.
  4. Spread the red curry sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Top the pizza with sliced bell pepper, red onion, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes.
