  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Sliced cucumber - 50 grams
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Sliced avocado - 50 grams
  • Sriracha sauce - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cooked quinoa, Thai red curry paste, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until you have a cohesive mixture.
