Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
