- Cabbage - 100 grams, finely shredded
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Bean sprouts - 50 grams
- Mushrooms - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, bean sprouts, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure the vegetables are evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the corner closest to you. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Carefully add the spring rolls, a few at a time, and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
