Steps
- 1. Cut the snapper fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with black pepper and a pinch of salt.

- 6. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and lime juice, stirring well to combine all ingredients.

- 8. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately with steamed jasmine rice.
