  • Red bell pepper (diced) - 1/4 cup
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce (kosher) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cashews (optional) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
