- coconut milk - 100 milliliters
- pandan juice - 50 milliliters
- sugar - 50 grams
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- coconut oil - 30 grams
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two 10 cm round cake pans.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, coconut milk, pandan juice, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined and smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
