- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber, sliced - 1/2
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 1/4

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Panang curry paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime zest, and chopped cilantro. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the lime mayo by mixing the mayonnaise and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading lime mayo on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a beef patty, cucumber slices, red onion, and lettuce leaves. Top with the other half of the bun.
