Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and peanut butter, mixing until well combined. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the egg into the empty space, scrambling it until fully cooked.
- Combine the egg with the chicken and vegetables, then remove from heat.
- Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the sliced green onions and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with lime wedges.
