- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Egg - 1 large
- Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams, steamed
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime wedges - 2
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, egg, rice flour, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into two patties.
