Ingredients
- Broccoli - 100 grams
- Carrot - 100 grams
- Bell pepper (red) - 100 grams
- Zucchini - 100 grams
- Snow peas - 50 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Wash and prepare all the vegetables: cut broccoli into florets, slice carrots and zucchini into thin strips, and chop the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
