Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 100 grams
  • Zucchini - 100 grams
  • Snow peas - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables: cut broccoli into florets, slice carrots and zucchini into thin strips, and chop the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic and set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and sprinkle with black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
