Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 150 grams
  • Carrot - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 100 grams
  • Baby corn - 100 grams
  • Thai basil leaves - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (vegetarian) - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic and set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli, carrot, and baby corn to the pan, stirring frequently for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until all the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
  8. Add the Thai basil leaves and lime juice, cooking for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish.
