- Thai basil leaves - 30 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (vegetarian) - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, carrot, and baby corn to the pan, stirring frequently for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until all the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and lime juice, cooking for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish.
