Steps

  1. Wash the morning glory thoroughly and cut it into 5 cm lengths.
  2. In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili to the oil, stirring quickly to avoid burning, until fragrant.
  4. Add the morning glory to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
