  • Water spinach - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the water spinach thoroughly and cut into 3-inch lengths.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the water spinach to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it wilts.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili flakes. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and give it one last stir before removing from heat.
