- Shrimp - 100 grams
- Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and sliced
- Fish fillet (white fish) - 100 grams, cubed
- Thai basil leaves - 30 grams, roughly chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red chili - 1, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Cooked jasmine rice - for serving
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, squid, and fish fillet.
- Add minced garlic, chopped chili, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, and ground black pepper to the seafood mixture. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Fold in the chopped Thai basil leaves into the seafood mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle vegetable oil over the top of the seafood mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
