- Ground pork - 300 grams

- Soy sauce (low-sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Stevia or erythritol - 1 teaspoon (optional, for sweetness)
- Fresh Thai basil leaves - 50 grams
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Green beans - 100 grams, trimmed
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges for serving
Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped chilies to the skillet, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high and add the ground pork, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper and green beans, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sweetener (if using). Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in fresh Thai basil leaves until wilted.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
