  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Thai basil leaves - 50 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 2, for frying
  • Lime wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped bird's eye chili to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground pork to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
