- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups

Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
- Remove the skillet from heat and fold in the fresh Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks are runny.
- Serve the Pad Kra Pao over jasmine rice, topped with the fried egg.
