- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Thai basil leaves - a handful

Steps
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1 cm thick.
- In a bowl, mix the panaeng curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to create a marinade.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking and place the skewers on the grill.
- Grill the beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- While the beef is grilling, heat any remaining marinade in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled beef with the warmed panaeng sauce drizzled over the top and garnish with fresh Thai basil leaves.
