  • Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Cooked jasmine rice - 1 cup (to serve)
  • Cucumber - 1, sliced (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, chili powder, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
