- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped chili, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to make the marinade.
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add it to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red and green bell peppers and onion.
- Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it with olive oil.
