- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Thai basil leaves - 1 cup, packed
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups, for serving
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies to the pan, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef, stirring well to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the Thai basil leaves to the pan and stir until wilted, about 1 minute.
- Serve the Neua Pad Krapow over cooked jasmine rice.
