- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Fresh mint - 20 grams, chopped
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Roasted rice powder - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, chili flakes, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tofu, chopped cilantro, mint, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
- Sprinkle roasted rice powder over the salad and mix gently to incorporate all ingredients.
