Ingredients
- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
- Beef sirloin - 150 grams, thinly sliced
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, julienned
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Peanuts - 2 tablespoons, crushed (optional)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for a few minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, shirataki noodles, lime juice, fish sauce, chili flakes, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mint, and cilantro. Toss well to combine all ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lime juice or fish sauce as desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with crushed peanuts if using.
