  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Lettuce - 2 cups, torn

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the beef flank steak with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
