- Mint leaves - 20 grams, chopped
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted rice powder - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 4, for serving
- Cucumber - 1, sliced for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

- Add the sliced pork, shallots, cilantro, mint leaves, and roasted rice powder to the bowl, tossing gently to combine.
