- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced

- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Nam Prik Pao, chopped coriander, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if necessary.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by lightly toasting them in a separate pan or toaster.
- Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the cooked patty, slices of tomato, cucumber, and avocado.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
