  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Whole wheat burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Nam Prik Pao, chopped coriander, minced garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form the mixture into two burger patties.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if necessary.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by lightly toasting them in a separate pan or toaster.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the cooked patty, slices of tomato, cucumber, and avocado.
