- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips, approximately 2 cm wide.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric powder, curry powder, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the pork strips to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat a grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork strips onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with your favorite peanut sauce for dipping.
