  • Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
  • Zucchini - 50 grams, sliced
  • Onion - 50 grams, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, black pepper, and lime juice. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the pork is cooked through and browned.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil leaves.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
