- Minced pork - 150 grams
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
- Squid, cleaned and sliced - 80 grams
- Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
- Thai bird chilies, chopped - 2
- Green beans, chopped - 100 grams
- Basil leaves, Thai - 30 grams
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
- Lime wedges - for serving
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the minced pork to the pan, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and squid, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
- Add the chopped green beans and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
- Pour in the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, mixing well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
- Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice and garnish with lime wedges for squeezing over the dish.
