  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
  • Cucumber - 1, sliced (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges - 2 (for serving)

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is fully cooked and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
