Ingredients

  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil (vegetable or canola) - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges (for serving)

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork tenderloin and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the ginger and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil, mix well, and cook for another minute.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  9. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
