- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil (vegetable or canola) - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges (for serving)
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork tenderloin and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the ginger and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, mix well, and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
