- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 30 grams
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted rice powder - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber, sliced - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced pork and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and chopped shallots, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
