- Whole grain burger buns - 2
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced

- Fresh cilantro - ¼ cup, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 2 large
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Massaman curry paste, coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
