- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Ground beef - 150 grams
- Massaman curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Potato - 1 medium, diced
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced potato for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the Massaman curry paste and coconut milk, mixing well. Simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the beef and potato mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle crushed peanuts over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for an added zing.
