Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Massaman curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- While the patties cook, prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, lime juice, and a little water to achieve a pourable consistency.
