- Cucumber - 1/2, diced
- Carrot - 1, grated
- Lettuce leaves - 4, for serving

- Peanuts - 2 tablespoons, crushed
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
