- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Tofu, firm - 150 grams, crumbled
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce (optional) - 1 teaspoon
- Shallot, thinly sliced - 1 medium
- Fresh mint leaves, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Thai bird chilies, chopped - 1 or to taste
- Romaine lettuce, shredded - 1 cup
- Chopped peanuts - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - for serving
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone, and brush with olive oil.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- In a skillet over medium heat, lightly sauté the crumbled tofu until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tofu from heat and mix in lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce (if using), shallots, mint, cilantro, and bird chilies.
- Spread the tofu mixture over the cheese on the pizza dough.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top with shredded romaine lettuce and chopped peanuts.
- Slice and serve hot with a drizzle of Sriracha sauce.
