  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped red onion, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until it starts to brown slightly.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, and peanut butter. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and fold in chopped mint and cilantro, mixing well.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  7. Spread the tofu larb mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Top with sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before slicing. Garnish with sliced cucumber and sesame seeds before serving.
