Steps
- 1. Begin by cooking the duck breast. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the duck breast skin-side down. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before finely chopping.

- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped duck, shallots, mint, cilantro, and green onions.
